Tommy Russo is the founder and president of Skylark Talent Management, a boutique talent management company based in New York City focused exclusively on stand-up comedians.

Before launching Skylark, Tommy spent years immersed in the New York comedy scene. Since 2021, he has been part of the management team at New York Comedy Club and served as tour manager for Chris Distefano during his 2023–2024 tour.

Driven by a deep passion for comedy and talent development, Tommy brings a highly personalized, hands-on, and long-term approach to building careers in stand-up comedy.
